    Interoperability conditions

    Saphety’s interoperability policy promotes interconnection with EDI operators in order to massify its customers’ Electronic Invoicing. 
    In the context of interoperability, connection requests are formalized between EDI Operators, on behalf of their Customers (the Operator of the document issuing entity requests the connection to the Operator of the entity receiving the documents).
     
    To request a connection to a Saphety Retail Customer, under the interoperability agreement, you must consider the following::

    • 1 form for each entity, issuer of invoices
    • Fill in the data referring to the subscribing entity (Supplier)
    • The VAT must not contain the country code
    • Indicate the country abbreviation in the “Country code” field (eg PT, ES, NL)
    • Select the action (new customer activation, add connections to a Network Client)
    • Select all desired connection(s) of retail sector
      • If you wish to request any connection out of agreement scope please use the Comment field to request (please indicate Name and VAT of the receiving entity )
    • Additional information – You can use the Comment field  or reply to the order confirmation email sent after submitting this form.

    • After commercial validation, an order confirmation email will be sent to the person responsible for the order. You must reply to this email so that the configuration request can be followed up.
    • After confirmation of acceptance, a project will be created to activate the connections. When the configuration is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the technician contact. Please wait for confirmation from the Saphety’s project manager.
    • Post-configuration, support requests must be requested via email to helpdesk@saphety.com
