    Custom plans

    Create your custom sales lead.
    Make sure you fill in all the information correctly.

    1 – Fill in the Partner data

    2 – Select the product you want to activate

  • Partnership Renewal

  • FE with interop addon

    • 3 – In the “Valor without VAT” field, enter the total amount negotiated with the partner
    Check tariff plans in confluence FE – PDF.
    If you chose the FE option with addon, don’t forget that you must add 25% of the value of the FE custom plan)

    4- In the “Proposal Detail” field, it shows the calculation following the following formula: nºdoc x value per document= value + addon.

    5 – After submitting the form, search for the lead in salesforce and send the payment references to the Partner (the payment model is always prepaid).

    6 – After being converted, the service activation must be requested (provisioning for SIN BU)
