(EDI Operator)
Through Sovos Saphety, your customers can send Electronic Invoices to customers behind other networks. Submit the form to request activation of your CLient VAT on another network.
This form is for the exclusive use of EDI Operators (networks) with an established agreement.
Service Conditions
This is an additional service.
The Interoperability Module allows the transaction of documents with receiving entities that are clients of other Operators.
— Subscription process —
- Identify your company name and VAT
- Identify name and email of contact persons (order person and technical person)
- Identify customer name and VAT (no country code)
- Select the network you want to activate (one per form)
- Select the sectors you want to activate on the network
- Select the scope of the desired sector(s)
- For public sector (B2G), activation will be done for all eligible receiving entities at configuration time
- For the private sector, it is necessary to indicate the entities to be connected (enter the Name and VAT of the receiving entity in the Remarks field
- In the “Comments” field, indicate the document plan of the interoperability module you want to activate (if you have not activated this service before)
- Additional information – you can use the comments field or reply to the order registration email (which you will receive after submitting this form)

Service Activation:
- Network activation – €200* (one-time payment for each subscribed network.)
Monthly Fee:
The traffic of documents exchanged with Other EDI Networks will be charged monthly at a fixed amount, with annual validity. The monthly fee is determined by the client based on the volume of documents to be transacted, with:
- Other Networks (aggregated traffic) – you must validate the aggregate traffic estimate for all other networks and subscribe to one of the tiers below)
- MI – Level 1 – 0-50 doc – 11,458€
- MI – Level 2 – 0-150 doc – 28,644€
- MI – Level 3 – 0-300 doc – 57,289€
- MI – Level 4 – 0-1000 doc – 137,493€
- MI – Level 5 – 0-2000 doc – 229,154€
- MI – Level 6 – 2000 doc – 343,732€
- To the values shown (*), the VAT rate will be applied to the legal value
- The monthly fee for the Interoperability Module is an additional value, which does not change/affect other values already considered
- Annually, the assigned tariff will be revised taking into account the average monthly documents traded in the previous 12 months. Sovos Saphety considers itself entitled to anticipate this update if there are significant disparities in relation to the contracted plan.

Upon acceptance, a project will be created and an activation request will be made to the selected EDI Operator. You will receive a notification when the project is complete. Wait for confirmation of service activation.
