The SaphetyDoc EDI Portal is an electronic data interchange (EDI) and electronic invoicing platform that connects with public and private entities. Under the eSPap protocol, you can, without activation costs, send business documents to your public clients linked to the eSPap Network, in a simple and fast way.
General conditions for joining the service
The SaphetyDoc EDI Portal service is not invoicing software.
The subscribing client is responsible for the insertion and veracity of the data in the documents generated in their certified invoicing software.
The service provided by the platform guarantees legal requirements, namely, archiving and qualified signature, delivery of invoices directly to your client’s ERP and respective confirmation of document receipt by the client.
Subscription and usage costs
Documents: All documents sent and received and made available on file on the portal will be deducted from the plan.
The plan is valid for 1 year, and expires when the first of the following conditions is met:

- Telephone answering service for functional support. Access to the helpline is available exclusively to Customers who contract this service. If you wish, you must subscribe directly to the platform.
