The SaphetyDoc EDI Portal service is not invoicing software.

The subscribing client is responsible for the insertion and veracity of the data in the documents generated in their certified invoicing software.

The service provided by the platform guarantees legal requirements, namely, archiving and qualified signature, delivery of invoices directly to your client’s ERP and respective confirmation of document receipt by the client.
 
Subscription and usage costs

Activation of connections with entities linked to eSPap, via the EDI SaphetyDoc Portal, is free under the eSPap protocol

Document plan subscription (must have an active document plan)

 
Documents: All documents sent and received and made available on file on the portal will be deducted from the plan.
 
The plan is valid for 1 year, and expires when the first of the following conditions is met:

consumption of the balance of plan documents;

expiry date reached.

 
Available plans (to be purchased on the platform):

50 documents (€95+VAT);

600 documents (€525+VAT);

2000 documents(1100€+VAT).

Telephone support – Addon corresponding to 10% of the subscribed plan.

 
Subscription procedure:

Fill in the data relating to the company;

Fill in the platform user details (responsible for subscribing to the service/contract management);

In the VAT field do not put the country code (only enter the tax identification number);

Fill in the Permanent Certificate Code (non-pt companies should put the VAT number);

After commercial validation, eSPap will be requested to configure it. Please wait for the service configuration confirmation email;

If you don’t have an active plan, purchase the document plan that suits your company’s needs directly on the platform;

 
Additional Notes:

Service Activation– When the configuration is complete, the user (identified above) will receive an email confirming the configuration/addition of connections

Use / Service Renewal – To be able to use the portal, the subscribing customer must purchase a new document plan. The account will have restricted access whenever the account does not have an active plan.

User management – The Customer is responsible for keeping the user’s administrator profile up to date, under penalty of not receiving the alarm associated with the need for renewal.

Service suspension– If the document plan is not renewed, the service will be suspended and users will no longer be able to transact documents. If the suspension leads to cancellation of the service, reactivation of the account involves carrying out a new entity registration (with the application of costs for the respective activation cost).

Support service – The support service is free and provided on a BackOffice basis. You must submit your request via form or via email to helpdesk@saphety.com

• Telephone answering service for functional support. Access to the helpline is available exclusively to Customers who contract this service. If you wish, you must subscribe directly to the platform.
