eSPap - connection request

This form to request activation of connections with the community of public entities linked to eSPap can only be submitted after the following conditions have been met:

• the integration service for sending electronic invoices via Sovos has already been implemented (project completed in a production environment)
• the onboarding process managed by eSPap has been completed (tested and accepted by eSPap)

Please read the following information carefully.

 

— Onboarding eSPap process —

• The FE-AP process is fully managed by eSPap.The eSPap website provides information on the membership process and technical information.
• The supplier entity is responsible for complying with all procedures defined by eSPap
  Follow the guidelines indicated by eSPap during the course of the tests, without intervention from Sovos.
• To start eSPap membership, you must answer the eSPap questionnairePlease indicate that your EDI partner is Sovos.
• Your entity’s connections to eSPap entities are already active in a quality environment.

You must use the same testing pipeline (QA) and the same credentials to perform tests with eSPap.

— Saphety Service —

Through your Sovos electronic invoicing service, you can send invoices to entities linked to eSPap, without any activation costs (only the traffic transacted will be charged).
After completing the eSPap Onboarding process and completing the testing phase, you must submit this form.

After submitting the request, a project will be created to activate the connections.
When the configuration is complete, your company’s technical manager will be notified. You must wait for confirmation from the Sovos project manager. The estimated deadline for completing this order is 10 working days after confirming the project creation.

Please note that this service only provides for the activation of connections to the eSPap network (in a production environment, after the test phase with eSPap).
As it is a free service, there is no provision for monitoring by Sovos during the testing phase.
